Still out here digging! While we've been deep in the Lancing Carriage Works ledgers recently, we haven't forgotten our Portslade roots.
We’re currently gathering the 'inside story' of the CVA/K&T Club in Franklin Road and the old Rothbury cinema [cite: 2026-01-05]. We're waiting on some first-hand accounts to settle the 'truth of the place,' but in the meantime, if anyone has memories of the club nights next door to the Rothbury, we’d love to hear them. Portslade and Lancing were linked by the 'Steel Ring' of the railway, and we’re stitching both sides of the story together."
